1689 BILL OF RIGHTS
NOW IS THE TIME FOR CHANGE - Under the present system where the Head of State is a royal, and there is no written constitution, politicians like David Cameron and Boris Johnson can lie with impunity - even to the Queen - and not face penalties. Police officers can shoot unarmed civilians and not be sent to prison, and planning officers can deceive the Secretaries of State and High Court judges, and not be prosecuted. In effect, there is little justice in England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales. We aver that such machinations are costing the taxpayer, Treasury and the Crown (being the state) significant sums of money, while adding to the UK's carbon footprint. Hence, the country is not being run effectively by a defective administration.
This has been possible because of the power the incumbent Head of State exerts by influencing the Judiciary, with bribes or rank and honour as rewards, and rites of secret societies, that should not exist in any way shape or form such as to influence justice in the courts.
In addition, where such injustices have occurred, there is at present no remedy that is effective or available to the common man. Legal Aid for such challenges has been all but abolished, making the law unavailable to the ordinary citizen, and so unprotected from the abuses of the State.
committed by a nation against it's own citizens are dealt with by the International
Criminal Court, as per the Rome
Statute. This is where the State concerned refuses to accept they
are acting illegally. Nobody is above the law, including royalty by
WE NEED TO UPDATE THE LAW URGENTLY
To this we would suggest that crimes against humanity should include institutionalised discrimination designed to deprive victims of their rights, to the advantage of competing interests. Such as enjoyment of land and freedom from persecution for challenging corruption. We would see such usurpations as violations of the right to found a family as a watered down eugenics agenda. This includes denial of access to the law and an effective remedy.
The United Kingdom has deliberately omitted Article 13 from domestic human rights legislation; the right to an effective remedy. The leftover from Empire days is that the Crown still believe they are a law unto themselves. When coupled with Legal Aid cuts, and changes to certain statute, a victims right to a fair trial is seriously compromised to the point where a conviction is almost guaranteed, but can be virtually secured by selective investigation of a crime scene, interview timing, and failure to conduct appropriate medical examinations.

In a BBC Newsnight special, Emily Maitlis interviews the Duke of York as he speaks for the first time about his relationship with convicted
paedophile Jeffrey Epstein and allegations which have been made against him over his own conduct.
For the avoidance of doubt, an allegation of sexual assault does not
brand a person a pedophile. A common misconception. In US law, Henry
VIII may have been classed as a pedophile, for marrying young women. But
laws change. In many European, African and Pacific countries, it is
lawful to take a bride of 13. In the UK the age of consent is 16, in the
USA it varies from 16 - 18.
